Biokitty Cat Litter - Baby Powder - 10L

Received a bag that was damaged, ripped right up the seam and only had half a bag left in the box that had a sticker on saying repaired by Everi. The rest of the contents that was left fell out all over my floor as I opened the box that had been taped over. I went and told the company on the chat service and they said I’d get a partial refund. This was on 25th October and still nothing received. I have also private messaged the company with no reply. I’ve since had to buy another bag to replace my subscription. Not very happy, shame as the product is great! Reading the reviews just seen the same thing has happened to another customer!

Received my package damaged with half the contents missing! Bag ripped right up the seam! Emailed to complain but still awaiting a reply a week later! Love the product but customer service is appalling!

We have two cats and this litter is so easy to keep clean, just scoop out the nasties and you're good to go. It clumps so well. I've tried all the different ones of this litter and they are all great. Cannot recommend highly enough. It lasts so much longer than other litters.

I was looking for another clumping litter. I tried this one and O M G I would not go back to the old one or try to find a 'better' one because you just can't! The litter is so easy to clean, clumps within minutes. Keeps the odour in very very well. One bag has lasted me a month and still not finished. Have recommended this to soo many friends they're all very happy!
